Account Security Layer

Two-factor authentication is available on every freebet account. Login attempts from unrecognised devices trigger an email alert to your registered address, giving you an immediate prompt to review and secure access if the attempt was not yours.

Data Retention Schedule

We keep transaction records for the period required by applicable financial regulations and delete all other personal data within 30 days of a verified account closure request. You can request a retention schedule specific to your account category.

Third-Party Processor Limits
